Thank you for considering adding an item from Omono’s Fashion Concepts to your wardrobe! We know you will love anything you buy with us, but here are a few things you should know about ordering a custom item or accessory. If your order arrives in poor condition, for example broken or with production errors, we will replace the item for you, free of charge.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may also return non-clothing items for a refund. Upon return, these items should not be worn or used in any way, and in brand new condition.

Our promise is to deliver your items within 4 weeks from date of order (excluding force-majeure situation), meaning your products are on your doorstep within 4 weeks! Manufacturing time is included in this timeframe.
